You may cancel a regular order within 10 minutes of placement, before it enters processing. Go to your order detail and click "Cancel Order". Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
Subscription deliveries can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Log into your account, go to Subscriptions, and pause or cancel the upcoming delivery.
Mobile money refunds are processed within 24-48 hours. Cash on delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charges.
Orders already picked up by a rider cannot be cancelled. If you have an issue with a delivered order, contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery.
